I have 2 variable speed Icecap 4.5 inch fans if you are interested. They sense temperature and adjust speed accordingly. I think I paid $52 a piece for them and will take 25 each. they give you the fastest and quietest operation that I was able to find. Worked great when I had my 3 400 watt mh over my tank. Also canopy design helps greatly. I copied a design off of this web site that left a 1.5 space along the enitire length of the canopy for air to exscape out of the top. that alone brought the temp down almost 4 degrees. let me know if you or anyone else is interested.
