We are using the Reefkeeper Elite from Digital Aquatics to control everything. We had to add two extra PC4 controllable powerstrips to accommodate evertything. When we post the pictures of the sump you'll see the pH and ORP probes we use as well. We have a laptop on that small corner shelf in the wet room that is just waiting for their software and net controller to be released. We'll add a webcam at some point too that can interface with the software. We also have a custom made calcium reactor with metering pump to help control Ca and alk. I think this is the controller I will use eventually if it ever all gets released to the specs I want. Is the new software and net controller going to allow you to actually program the system from anywhere or just monitor it like the old software version showed? Houston sucks. What was your screen name on MARSH? |

If I remember the listing info right, I think we will be able to make changes and do more than just monitor from a remote location... It should be pretty nice.
You know, I don't think I even remember our old MARSH screen name... it might be the same as this one...but I'll see if I can figure it out. We moved back to Nebraska in 2004 so it's been a while. Yes...Houston sucks. |

The ability to make changes from a remote location is what I want the most, that's cool.
I had thought you moved here more recently. Anyway hi fellow former Marshian! |
